Disillusioned ticket inspector Shane Digby, is feeling the drag of routine in a thankless job. His dedicated and devoted partner Alan Cooper soldiers on, stoically persevering in his attempt to infect Shane with his own enthusiasm. When they meet Billy Nemo and the City Loop gets even creepier than usual, they’re forced to embark on a journey to discover just what is going on in the darkened train tunnels, before the morning commute turns into a bloodbath.
